Gymnastics

Friday 31 July
We went to Gymnastics today in Invercargill. We  raced in the pit with a buddy. and then we had to     pose sharp like a pencil to help us  onto the vault board. We walked on the beams and we enjoyed it!

The surprise

Hayden sent us an envelope from China. In the envelope was a postcard and on the postcard was a picture of a black and white Panda. By Jake and Jaz

Our class room

Our class is using blends to help us read and write. We are learning about fractions for maths whole and   Half. Our class is enjoying using The fantastic flying book of Mr Morris Lessmore during reading time. The book is 3D and when we place the I pad over the book it comes to life! By Daneka and Mativa

• Talent Show (18 September) - Could parents please start helping their child think about what they are talented in. At school the children will given time and support in the afternoon to practise their talent.  If your child has a talent that is usually completed outside of school hours, please video your child and they may present that video at the talent show.
